This family-friendly craftsman is the original farmhouse on this side of town. It is just a short walk from the bike path and Canyon Lake Park. The home has the charm of a 100-year old house with modern amenities throughout. Ample space for outdoor dining, a lush lawn, as well as a sandbox for the kids. In the basement is a flatscreen television, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Time Crisis Arcade games, and leather recliners. We would love to host your group!
Good to know
The house is well located along the bike path and just a short walk to Canyon Lake Park, which has numerous events all summer, including Family Food Truck Night every Tuesday. You are a few minutes drive from all of Rapid City’s shopping, breweries, and coffee shops. The home is central to everything the Black Hills has to offer. 25 minutes to Mount Rushmore. 35 minutes to Sheridan Lake. 45 minutes to Sylvan Lake and the Custer game loop. We can also provide access to our two car garage upon request.
